Have you had it with not getting the engagement you once had on your Facebook business page? Do you even post anything on it anymore? Or maybe you have hoot suite doing the work for you. Simply scheduling random posts that no one is even liking, commenting or sharing.
Now I’m not telling you to abandon ship and close down your page. There’s still viable reasons to have a Facebook business page, like the ability to run Facebook ads.
A page is really meant to represent a brand or a personality. Where as a group provides an atmosphere where people can interact with each other. So if more engagement is what you’re looking for, then you might want to try starting a Facebook group. The killer ones have thousands of members that are extremely active.
